fix: Correct indentation for stop hunt and smart validation startup

- Lines 68-72 had only 2 spaces indent (outside try block)
- Services were executing AFTER catch block
- Fixed to 4 spaces (inside try block)
- Now stop hunt tracker, blocked signal tracker, smart validation will initialize properly
