fix: Remove accountPnL reference in log statement

- TypeScript error: Cannot find name 'accountPnL'
- Removed account percentage from monitoring logs
- Now shows: MFE/MAE in dollars (not percentages)
- Part of Nov 19 MAE/MFE dollar fix
