docs: update README leverage to 15x (from .env)

Changed leverage from 20x → 15x for SOL trading.

Reason: Liquidation price was too close for comfort.
Impact: 25% smaller positions, ~33% more liquidation cushion
        (-6.7% vs -5% move needed for liquidation)

README now reflects actual SOLANA_LEVERAGE setting from .env.
