mindesbunister df6c388639 fix: Update POST endpoint to use MIN_SIGNAL_QUALITY_SCORE 
Forgot to update the POST endpoint variable name. Both GET and POST
now use MIN_SIGNAL_QUALITY_SCORE consistently.
