REMOVED: DISABLE_AUTO_CLEANUP=true from docker-compose.dev.yml
- This was causing 280+ chromium processes to accumulate
- System was heading toward crash due to memory exhaustion
- Cleanup will now run after each analysis cycle
- Critical for 24/7 operation stability
